Car chase scene ;

The objective of the lesson was to recreate the sounds of a scene from a film that is silent, using audios other people have created.

The first thing I did was watch the whole clip by doing this I could spot the key themes which is car racing,driving fast,reversing, guns and loud bangs. Many of these sounds are repeated multiple times throughout the piece and by spotting these repeated sounds, I could get one audio and alter the sound of that one audio multiple times so that it fits the scene. For example The common sound in the scene is driving and it centres around vehicles. Because of this is had a sound of a car racing and I would increase or decrease the pitch and tempo based on the speed of the car.

The second thing I did once I identified these key sounds was place them onto the workspace so that I could start playing with them.

what I found slightly difficult was trying to place the sounds in the exact moment that the action was going on, This was evident in the glass shattering scene as it happens in 2 seconds and I still think my placement of the audio was off.
